5 Star Best Wedding Experience…
Top Notch! You can have the perfect happy couple and supportive family, but if you don’t pick the right wedding venue, the Big Day could suffer. Everyone at 9 Oaks Farm made my son’s wedding the Best possible event. When you go to visit, the staff puts everything on hold to answer all questions and spend time with you. The grounds are kept beautifully! There are so many options for ceremony and picture backdrops. The options to stay on site at the additional houses, really made the difference for a fun weekend experience for everyone. We had our rehearsal dinner at the White House, catered by Carrabba’s in Athens, and made out great. Everyone hung out after on the porch, playing corn hole in the front yard. The bridal party stayed at the White House that night, and the groomsmen also stayed onsight in a different home. From the owner, to the manager, to the day of wedding coordinator, everyone was sincerely the best. Five star best wedding experience we could have had!

Beautiful Scenery Worked Perfectly
My husband and I were married here during the 2020 Pandemic when we had to leave the venue we had previously chosen. While we were sad to leave what we had been building the past year, we were overjoyed to find 9 Oaks, which quickly worked with us to build a day that was more beautiful than what we had before. They worked closely with us and found a way to accommodate our vision with the guidelines set by the CDC. Everything about the experience was amazing down to hand-selecting the decor and flowers; and the beautiful scenery worked perfectly for our small wedding.

Our Wedding Dreams Come True
Dana and On at 9 Oaks made all of our wedding dreams come true. As the bride, there was no stress the day of the wedding or in days and months leading up to the wedding. They were there to help with anything we needed and if I had to do it over again, I would 100% choose them. On did a beautiful job on our flowers and made my vision a reality. Nothing Short of a Dream…
We recently had our wedding at 9 Oaks and it was nothing short of a dream. I highly recommend 9 Oaks Farm for so many reasons. The staff and everyone there was amazing. Dana went above and beyond and helped us tremendously with everything we needed and answered all the questions we had. She led us some amazing vendors we were able to use for our wedding as well to make the day perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful and it was just like I pictured it. I loved that the flowers and arrangements were a part of the package because they turned out incredible. We were able to choose what we wanted and they did it all for us. On did a fantastic job! Jessica Boulter was our day of coordinator and she was probably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us to make sure it was perfect. Audrey Herron was our photographer did so much more then we could ever ask for. She is such a blessing and so thankful for her. She came highly recommended from 9 Oaks and so happy she was. She has an incredible vision and did such an amazing job at calming me when I needed it. We are so thankful and blessed that we chose them for our wedding! We will cherish these memories forever.

Memories That We Cherish Forever
We were fortunate enough to tour 9 Oaks Farm and fall in love immediately with the venue, the staff, and the options provided at this location. Dana toured us around the venue countless times. She answered my hundreds of questions throughout the wedding planning, allowed me to visit at least 30 times, introduced me to many vendors that we loved, and made sure to be there on our special day to make sure my dreams came true. She was kind, understanding, full of information about the venue, and made me feel like the most important bride at all times, even though I know she was working with dozens of other brides giving the same special treatment to all. On and Ann produced the most beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and every other floral dream that I had in mind. They listened to my wishes and were so proud to show me their creations, while making sure it was everything that I dreamed of. We also rented the china, water goblets, silverware, and other table needs from 9 Oaks. They were all beautiful and made our wedding planning much more manageable. My husband’s family was from out of town. Between his family and mine, we rented every house on the property. They were all beautiful, spacious, accommodating, and now obtain many memories for us all. Dana encouraged many vendors to us, and we selected many from her list of preferred. All that we choose where phenomenal and made our special day one we will never forget. Jessica Boulter was our day of wedding coordinator, and she was perfect. Hiring Jessica as a day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. She comforted me when I needed it the most and made sure that all of my dreams came true on our special day. DJ Randy was our DJ and fireworks producer. He made sure that the sound was perfect, the music was fun, and the firework show was PERFECT. So many of our guest continuously rave about how much fun they had and how amazing the fireworks where. Taylor Powell Portraiture was our photographer for our wedding and engagement pictures. She made me feel beautiful at all times and encouraged us to be ourselves to make the most memorable pictures. She made our hundreds of photos enjoyable and made sure to capture the vast list of “needed pictures” that I created for her. The photographs are more than I could have ever wished for and will be memories that we cherish forever. I would encourage every bride to get married at 9 Oaks Farm. 🙂

More Than We Ever Imagined
On July 27th of this year, my wife and I had (in my opinion) a perfect wedding. From the first time we visited 9 Oaks “just to look” we knew that it was the venue for us. In fact, it was the first and last venue we ever toured. It was my responsibility as the new groom to call all the venues that my wife had looked up. When I called 9 Oaks Farm I got a hold of Dana. She was so accommodating and supportive. After we left our tour, my wife and I agreed we wouldn’t make a decision without looking at other venues. As we pulled into our driveway we already had our hearts set on 9 Oaks. Dana gave us a list of preferred vendors which was a big stress relief. Everyone we chose from the list had worked together and knew just what to do. Our wedding coordinator Jacki kept every one of the vendors and the bridal party on the same page. 9 Oaks provided all the decorations and flowers which was more than we could ever have imagined. We decided to rent all the cabins on the property so the wedding party could stay together to continue the celebration. Every single one our guests was blown away by the venue. Thank you everyone at 9 Oaks Farm for making our wedding absolutely perfect!

Thank you for a truly wonderful wedding experience!!! From our first tour to the end of the reception and the next day, it was an absolute pleasure working with Dana, On, and their team. 9 Oaks Farm is a gorgeous venue (as many of our guests noted!), and the staff bring this beautiful setting to life with hospitality and an unequaled commitment. My husband and I are so glad we chose 9 Oaks Farm to host our wedding. They really did make our wedding dreams come true. Stay in the houses on the property – they are lovely and will make the whole weekend feel like a big family reunion. I can’t say enough great things about 9 Oaks Farm. If we lived closer, I’d stop by every week just to bask in the beautiful scenery and absorb Dana’s warmth and sparkling personality. You will not regret having your wedding or special event at 9 Oaks Farm!!

The Staff & Facility Were Terrific…
We had the rehearsal and dinner at the Warehouse at 9 Oaks Farm last weekend and the staff and facility were terrific. There was plenty of parking, the setup and decorations were gorgeous and the food wonderful. We could not have asked for a better venue for the rehearsal and dinner!
